SOUTHAMPTON'S Brazilian community reckons the appointment of Luiz Felipe Scolari as the new England manager would bring a touch of samba to the south.
FA chiefs are in talks with the man who won the World Cup with his native Brazil in 2002.
Scolari, who currently coaches Portugal, would replace Sven-Goran Eriksson after this summer's World Cup in Germany.
Dave Renshaw, manager of Southampton's only Brazilian drumming band Bat2K, thought Scolari's move to England would be brilliant
He said: "I hope Scolari's move will bring a bit of Brazilian culture to Southampton. We have been going for 11 years in the city and we have always played locally but some venues are a bit unsure about booking us at first because it's so different but maybe people will enjoy it a lot more if we have a new Brazilian football coach.
