HAMPSHIRE beauty Lucy Pinder brought glamour to the launch of a new charity which aims to improve the lives of some of the world's poorest people through football.
The Winchester pin-up helped kick off Southampton-based "Kick 4 Life" at a reception staged at St Mary's Friends Provident Stadium last night.
Lucy, who has been named as an ambassador for the charity, was joined at the launch by Kick for Life's founders, Pete and Steve Fleming pictured (Pete left) with Lucy.
The brothers formed the charity last year after they kicked a football for 250 miles across Malawi - one of the countries in Africa most severely affected by the scourge of AIDS and HIV.
Pete, 25, is now on the hunt for players of all abilities to take part in a 12-day tour of Lesotho in South Africa in November 2007.
He hopes that the touring footballers will play against local teams in front of hundreds of supporters as well as helping run AIDS education sessions at local schools.
