Fareham 2nd XI lifted the Hampshire Open League Cup after an astonishing comeback against Winchester II at Chapel Gate.
Winchester had one hand on the trophy after sweeping into a 5-1 lead just before half-time.
But Fareham turned the game on its head in the second half to run out remarkable 6-5 winners.
Boosted by a Ben Hibberd hat-trick and single strikes by Rob Craddock (3) and Kent Langridge (21), Winchester looked certain winners at the halfway point.
But Fareham, who gained a foothold back into the game through Jonny Kinder, pictured, before the break, produced a miraculous comeback.
Nick Knight (46) cut Winchester's lead to 5-2 at half-time. Kinder got a third and then Matt Szwinto scored twice in three minutes to level the scores at 5-5.
Knight climaxed Fareham's astonishing victory with the winner.
