ST MARY'S Festival: There are so many plant sales in the area that there is no excuse for not putting on a show of your garden during the village's St Mary's Festival, which is being held between July 8 and 16.
GOOD news: About the Basing Singers' new concert date, which is Saturday, July 1.
The concert will be held at St Mary's Church, starting at 8pm.
Tickets are £5, concessions £4.50, children under 16 free, and are available from Dawsons (formerly Modern Music) or from any choir member.
