NUMBERS at a Waterside pre-school doubled for a day when pupils invited their favourite furry friends to join them.
A teddy bear's picnic at The Kindergarten in Fawley went down a treat with the tiny tots despite the miserable weather.
The group, which enjoyed singing songs and basket rubbing during the picnic, meets at Fawley Methodist Church in Chapel Lane during term time.
Lead practitioner Jo Potter said: "The children were very excited for their bears to meet each other. They introduced their bears to the group which was great for their self-confidence skills."
