ROMSEY Library is reopening today after an £820,000 makeover.
The revamp is part of an on-going drive by Hampshire education bosses to improve its library buildings and services.
The transformation includes increasing the floor space by 65 per cent and developing a range of new services.
The new facilities include an IT area with 12 terminals and office space for staff.
Councillor Margaret Snaith said: "We are delighted to be reopening the library following its major transformation."
