FAREHAM based IT firm Taylor Made Computer Solutions is pleased to welcome seven new recruits to its rapidly expanding team.
Debbie Stringer, Michelle Fagg, Matthew Sparks, Lee Keady, Janet Cameron, Lisa Woodburn and Dave White all join TMCS from varied backgrounds to strengthen the team, which already boasts 62 staff.
Matt Sparks joins TMCS as an engineer from a background as a Returns supervisor at Novatech for four years. Matt helps to custom-build the systems that are sent to Taylor Made's clients. He is also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any machines if they are returned.
Joining Matt is Lee Keady, who is one of the many field engineers who visit clients when they have any IT problems. Lee has six years experience in the industry, working within the John Lewis and Denplan IT departments before joining Taylor Made.
Dave White joins as a Trainee customer manager. Dave's role involves assisting and supporting a team of customer managers which includes the preparation of quotes and day-to-day contact with clients, assisting and developing their IT infrastructures.
Michelle Fagg brings 16 years' experience in the IT sector with her to TMCS, and joins as a project manager. She is currently working with one of their larger clients, managing various IT projects and overseeing the daily running of their IT department, dealing with over 250 users.
Supporting the growing team of engineers will be Debbie Stringer, an engineering support Administrator. Debbie's role is to ensure the smooth running of the Engineering department, making sure relevant tools are available for the engineers, signing off worksheets and monitoring time spent on each job.
PA Lisa Woodburn has 15 years' experience as a senior PA. Lisa provides additional resource to the finance director and deals with all of the HR and training for the Taylor Made staff. She also manages the fleet of Taylor Made cars that can often be seen around the Fareham area.
Janet Cameron is one of the first faces that Taylor Made clients see as receptionist. With ten years experience, Janet is the ideal candidate for meeting and greeting clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Managing director Nigel Taylor said: "The new additions are an indication of how much we've grown as a company.
