IF you are plagued by asthma or tormented by hay fever then this Daily Echo competition will have extra significance for you!
A Hampshire charity has teamed up with the Daily Echo to offer readers a chance to win tickets to this weekend's Allergy Show in London.
AAIR, based at Southampton General Hospital, is the region's charity for asthma, allergies and inflammatory diseases.
Awareness raising is an important part of the charity's work and as part of this, AAIR and the Echo are offering six sets of two tickets to the show at Olympia.
The Allergy Show runs from Friday to Sunday and features more than 40 free seminars and hundreds of exhibitors.
At the show you can take allergy tests and enjoy free consultations, taste a wide range of free-from foods, pamper yourself with an organic makeover and pick up a free goody bag full of allergy-friendly creams, cosmetics and snacks.
Highlights this year include celebrity nutritionists and chefs along with some of the UK's top allergy specialists.
AAIR chairman and world-renowned asthma and allergy expert Stephen Holgate said: "Almost half of the people living in the UK have, or have experienced, a form of allergy.
"The Allergy Show, which I have participated in for the past two years, provides a unique opportunity for those interested in learning more about allergy, its diagnosis and treatment to gain direct access to expert knowledge.
"There is something there for everyone."
AAIR and the Daily Echo have six free pairs of tickets on offer to the first six people who contact the charity.
