THESE budding young scientists took part in lots of exciting activities during a science week held at Crescent Primary School in Eastleigh.
They were able to get up close to a hawk and enjoyed learning how to make model aeroplanes, courtesy of the Christchurch and District Model Flying Club.
Both staff and pupils at the 372-pupil school in Toynbee Road took part in the scientific-themed events.
