CHEAPER loans for home repairs are now available through a new initiative being launched by Eastleigh Borough Council.
The innovative home loans scheme helps homeowners pay for essential work to their properties.
In particular it will help older residents and homeowners on low incomes or who receive means-tested benefits, to ensure their homes meet modern safety standards.
The scheme will be launched at the Wells Place Centre, Eastleigh, on Friday July 7.
It is being launched in partnership with South Coast Money Line, a non-profit making organisation.
More details about loan applications are available from Roy Dicker at Eastleigh Civic Offices on 023 8068 8319.
