GLASGOW three-piece 1990s whose cracking debut single You Made Me Like It got tongues wagging and drew comparisons with The Rolling Stones, Velvet Underground and The Fall have announced more UK shows.
They join polka dot princesses, The Pipettes who release their debut album We Are The Pipettes on July 17 on their July tour with a stop at The Joiners on Tuesday.
1990s were formed out of the ashes of Scottish cult Bands Yummy Fur and V Twin, they signed to Rough Trade just before Christmas 2005. The band have been hard at it in the studio finishing their debut album, produced by Norman Blake of Teenage Fanclub fame.
They have supported Franz, The Strokes and Babyshambles over the last few months.
