YOUNGSTERS in Hampshire have ditched the classroom for the beach thanks to the launch of a new learning experience.
Pupils from Hamble Primary School took part in a Seashore Safari where got the chance to meet some fascinating creatures that live in the sea.
This is just one of three new outdoor activities on offer at the Royal Victoria Country Park, designed to get children out of the classroom and bringing learning to life.
The other two activities making up the trio are History Detectives, which delves into the military history of the park and Adaptation and Exploration, which takes the children on a minibeast safari.
