FAREHAM Mayor and Mayoress Councillors John and Pamela Bryant will be hosting an afternoon tea party in the parlour at the Civic Offices on Wednesday at 2.30pm.
Special guest Julie Biddlecombe, curator at Westbury Manor Museum, will talk about what happens behind the scenes at the museum.
The mayor said: "This is the first in a succession of tea parties that myself and Pamela will be hosting over the coming months.
"We're both very much looking forward to hearing all about what happens behind the scenes at Westbury Manor, as the museum houses a fascinating collection of items from around the borough that help to bring the history of Fareham alive."
Tickets cost £3, with the money raised going to the mayor's chosen charities: The British Heart Foundation and FORT.
