A TEAM of intrepid car dealers is doing some extreme off-roading today by taking on the three highest mountain peaks in the UK to raise cash for charity.
The groups from Scotthall Hampshire hopes they can conquer Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in little over 12 hours and raise £3,500 for Wave 105 charity Cash For Kids.
Worker Ian Holyoak said: “We have our work cut out for us. However, whatever time we complete this challenge in, our main hope is to raise some much needed funds.”
The Chandler’s Ford firm’s team include Sam Richardson, Mark Hannon, Sam Hore, Tom Cheverton, Alan Hodgson, John Dinnage and Shaun Heaton, they will be joined by Martin Ball the radio station boss.
The company has also taken along Andy Clark, Barry Letts and the radio station’s Charisse Thomas to share the huge drive.
