A MAN accused of killing his partner and their baby daughter in Totton appeared before Winchester Crown Court yesterday.
Anthony Marsh, 21, was arrested after Stephanie Bellinger, 24, and 10-month-old daughter Lili, were found dead at their home in Myrtle Avenue on Saturday, February 27.
In a brief court hearing, Marsh only spoke to confirm his identity from the dock and did not enter a plea.
No charges were read out, and the court heard that he was likely to be brought back before a judge on Friday, August 13.
It also emerged that if he denies the killings at that hearing, a trial, which would be expected to last a fortnight, could start in mid-November.
Judge Guy Boney, who presided over the five-minute hearing, then remanded Marsh back in custody.
