A SOUTHAMPTON MAN was “nagged” into getting drugs, the city crown court heard.
Judge Gary Burrell QC was told how Kevin Jackson’s sister- in-law asked him to pick up amphetamine for her, but he refused because he was tired.
Defence lawyer Robert Lawson claimed she and her sister then “nagged” him into getting it because the dealer was eight miles away and he had a bike. He was given £50 to hand over but was paid nothing for his troubles.
Jackson, 27, of Meggeson Avenue, admitted possessing fluroamphetamine and amphetamine with intent to supply and was bailed pending sentence on June 18.
