Goshawk chicks
A GOSHAWK chick which hatched on camera in the New Forest has died after just a week.
The mother of the three chicks that hatched was seen on a nestcam carrying one of the birds to the side of the nest following its death.
Therasa Paul, project officer, said: “It is distressing but it demonstrates how vulnerable these chicks are.”
