WAVE 105 is celebrating after the latest independent audience research revealed the radio station now has 369,000 people tuning in, for an average of 11.6 hours a week, delivering 4,286,000 total listening hours each week.
The figure is the highest total listening hours the station has delivered in its 12-year history.
Martin Ball, Wave 105’s managing director, said: “This really is a fantastic result. Since we first launched Wave 105 twelve years ago we have evolved our listener experience to reflect the changing competitive radio landscape and I am delighted that people in the south continue to listen to us with such enthusiasm.”
