Kidnapper targets 11-year-old in city centre
DETECTIVES are investigating an attempted child abduction in Southampton city centre.
An 11-year-old girl was pulled by a man towards his red car next to the entrance to Hoglands Park near Debenhams yesterday at about 3.30pm.
But the child managed to get free.
The suspect is described as Asian, aged between 35 and 40.
