MEMBERS of the National Union of Journalists demonstrated outside the PCC open day in support of the first of four days of strike action being undertaken by some journalists working for the Southern Daily Echo.
The industrial action follows a ballot of NUJ members at the paper in regard to a dispute over the paper’s on-going two-year wage freeze.
