PULP will be aiming to make next year's Isle of Wight Festival a Different Class, after being unveiled as the second big name signed up to perform.
The Common People stars, fronted by Jarvis Cocker, join US rockers Kings of Leon - who are headlining the festival's Friday night - on the bill.
It is eight years since Pulp last performed together, and organisers are delighted to have convinced them to head to the island for a slot on the Saturday night of the event, being held at Seaclose Park on June 10 to 12.
Festival promoter John Giddings said: "When I heard they were reforming, I had to get them, they are the soundtrack of a generation."
Tickets to next year's festival, the tenth since it returned to the music calendar, go on sale on Friday.
The other two headliners will be announced later this week.
