A Southampton firm has been tickled pink by its record-breaking fundraising success for a cancer charity.
Staff at delivery company TNT Southampton in Canberra Road have raised nearly £18,000 from their Wear it Pink Day. They’ve already topped last year’s donation of £17,470 to charity Breast Cancer Campaign.
A posse of pink police officers patrolled around the site ready to handcuff anyone who wasn’t sporting pink attire and some male members of staff even had their chests waxed to boost the fundraising total.
