THE jury in a double murder trial is set to consider its verdict on Monday.
The judge, Mr Justice Holroyde, started his summing up on Friday after the end of the defence counsel’s speech by Anthony Davies QC.
The seven-men and fivewomen jury will have to decide if Anthony Marsh, 22, is guilty of the murder of Stephanie Bellinger, 24, and their ten-month-old baby Lili.
Marsh denies two counts of murder but admits the killings.
The nine-day trial has heard evidence that Marsh was suffering psychosis at the time of the killings in Myrtle Avenue, Totton, in February.
But prosecutors say that he was responsible for his actions.
