AN inquest will be held this week into the death of a father-of-four and avid Saints fan. Che Baker, 39, from Southampton, was found dead in a wooded area near Lyndhurst, in the New Forest, in September. A hearing at Southampton Coroner’s Court is expected to take place on Thursday.
The Saints fan, who had been a season ticket holder for 33 years, took his family to see Saints triumph in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy at Wembley last season and was described by partner Jackie Chance, from Millbrook, as their “number one supporter”.
Many who attended his funeral in October were expected to dress in white and red in tribute.
