A HAMPSHIRE housing firm has unveiled a new development of 24 affordable homes.
The Osborn Road South site in the centre of Fare-ham contains six houses and 18 flats and was opened by First Wessex.
The firm developed the site in partnership with Fareham Borough Council with funding from a National Affordable Housing Programme grant.
Council leader Sean Woodward said: “We have a huge need for affordable housing for our residents with 2,000 families waiting for homes and this scheme is key to delivering on our aims in this area.”
