JURORS will continue their deliberations on Monday in the trial of a former head of grass roots football in Hampshire accused of committing sexual offences stretching back to the 1960s.
Ray Barnes who was head of Hampshire Football Association, faces allegations that he indecently assaulted three boys on several occasions between 1964 and 1983.
Barnes, 74, of Grateley Close, Weston, Southampton, denies all charges. The jury retired to consider its verdict yesterday afternoon after a five-day trail.
