A REWARD is being offered after a historic gypsy caravan was stolen from a barn.
The thieves broke into the building in Stockbridge by cutting padlocks in the early hours and the red antique gypsy caravan, which had just been renovated, was taken.
Its owner, Frances Dennys, is offering a reward for information leading to its safe return.
She said: “The gypsy caravan has been in the family for generations and I am distraught that it has been stolen.
“It had recently been renovated so it was in perfect condition for my daughter’s children. The gypsy caravan was much loved by my four daughters and I planned to hand it down to their children. I am desperate for any news on its whereabouts.”
