Who is Ellie Goulding?

Ellie Goulding is a singer/songwriter who has shot to fame in 2010. ‘Starry Eyed’ reached number four, while ‘Guns and Horses’ and ‘The Writer’ broke into the top 40 in May and August. Goulding has also recently released ‘Bright Lights’, the sequel to this album which includes her cover of Elton John’s, ‘Your Song’.

‘Lights’ is a relaxing album full of soft lyrics. The odd track includes a bit of a basement beat but the majority is attributed by Goulding’s guitar and piano while her beautiful voice adds something special.
