THE two remaining ships in the world with Royal Mail status met this week in the middle of the South Atlantic.
Cunard's Southampton based RMS Queen Mary 2 sailed past the RMS St. Helena off the coast of Tristan da Cunha.
RMS St. Helena was making her final call at the island and now faces an uncertain future.
Both ships exchanged salutes before Queen Mary 2 continued on her way to Cape Town.
