THREE Hampshire stars have completed a gruelling 100km trek for charity, across an African desert.
Scott Mills, Craig David and Peter White this morning crossed the finish line after braving temperatures as high as 48C during the five day hike.
Speaking shortly after finishing the trek for Comic Relief, Eastleigh Radio One Scott Mills, said: "Thank you to everybody who has sent in money. This money will really help so many people."
The trek has so far raised over £840,000. On hearing the news, Scott said: "That goes so far beyond what I could have imagined. That is unbelievable.
"I have really enjoyed this experience. I'm going to cry.
"That is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
