Jury in murder trial discharged
THE JURY in the trial of a woman accused of murdering her mother-in-law was discharged yesterday.
Rajvinder Kaur, 36, is alleged to have battered Baljit Kaur Buttar to death at a flat in Broadlands Road, Southampton.
Judge Keith Cutler, the Recorder of Winchester, said there will be a retrial in the new year for legal reasons.
Kaur was remanded in custody.
