Protest over election fears
PEOPLE originating from an African state staged a demonstration in Southampton over what they fear will be a rigged election in their homeland.
Southampton International Evangelical church and members of the Congolese community held the protest regarding the current situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Guildhall Square on Saturday.
Presidential and legislative elections will take place next Monday.
