Stabbing accused before magistrates
A MAN has appeared in court charged with robbery after a shop worker was threatened with being stabbed.
As reported in the Daily Echo, a man walked in to Motorworld in Bridge Road, Woolston, Southampton, on Thursday last week and allegedly stole a set of car speakers.
Detectives from Bitterne CID charged Jamie Foley, 26, of Copenhagen Towers, International Way, Weston, Southampton.
He appeared in Southampton Magistrates Court on Monday and has been remanded in custody. He will next appear at Southampton Crown Court on January 30.
