Roof insulation being installed
THOUSANDS of homes across Hampshire are being offered free insulation as part of a new multi-million-pound scheme.
Energy bosses are paying £5m into the scheme in a bid to slash heating bills across the county.
That is enough cash to give free insulation to more than 13,000 homes in Hampshire.
Homeowners are being invited to apply to take part in the four-month home improvement scheme which has been backed by green campaigners.
