Signalling problem in London causing rail delays in Hampshire
SIGNALLING problems in London are causing problems for commuters in Hampshire.
There are currently delays of up to 60 minutes on services between Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
Network Rail says it expects these problems to remain until 4pm this afternoon.
