Asbestos related death
A FORMER merchant navy sailor probably died of cancer because of asbestos on pipes aboard the ships he served, an inquest heard.
Michael Arnold, 73, of Roewood Road, in Holbury, died in November after battling mesothelioma for seven years.
Coroner Keith Wiseman recorded a verdict of death through industrial disease.
