WINCHESTER planners will meet at the site of a controversial phone mast on Wednesday, October 11 at 9.30am.
A previously-arranged meeting at Teg Down Reservoir, Sarum Road, on Friday, September 29 had to be postponed because insufficient notice was given.
The city councillors on the telecommunications sub-committee will consider a proposal to increase the height of the mast from 15m to 20m.
