FOUR people are today due to appear in court charged with murdering Jamie Dack, whose body was found burnt in a wheelie bin.
Detectives last night charged Ryan Woodmansey, 31, of no fixed abode, Lee Nicholls, 28, of Southampton Street, Southampton, Andrew Dyer-Skeats, 25, of Earls Road, Southampton and Donna Chalk, 20, of Earls Road, Southampton, with the killing as well as two further charges of false imprisonment and conspiracy to rob.
The three men also face a further charge of causing grievous bodily harm.
Mr Dack's body was discovered on Easter Sunday in the Empress Road industrial estate after firefighters went to tackle a blaze.
Detectives today said they were still appealing for witnesses to contact them at Hulse Road on 101.
