FOUR people accused of murdering Southampton man Jamie Dack whose body was found in a bin appeared today at Winchester Crown Court.
Ryan Woodmansey, Andrew Dwyer-Skeats and Donna Chalk were remanded in custody to appear again at court for a plea and case management hearing on June 18.
In a separate hearing today co-accused Lee Nicholls was also remanded in custody until June 18.
The four are alleged to have murdered Mr Dack, 22, of Millbrook Road, West, Southampton, and dumped his body in a blazing bin at the Empress Road industrial estate where it was discovered on Easter Sunday.
Mr Dack had suffered fatal stab wounds to his neck.
Woodmansey, 31, of no fixed address, Dwyer-Skeats, 25, of Earls Road, Southampton, and Nicholls, 28, of Southampton Street, Southampton, and Chalk, 20, of Byron Road, Thornhill, Southampton, are also accused of conspiracy to rob and false imprisonment.
The three men are also charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm.
The two hearings lasted just ten minutes each.
