A HAMPSHIRE MP has backed an appeal to raise funds for a charity supporting people living with a terminal illness.
Gosport MP, Caroline Dinenage, is joining Marie Curie this month to promote their Great Daffodil Appeal.
She has pledged her support to the Great Daffodil Appeal and is encouraging local people to donate and wear one of the charity’s daffodil pins to help fund vital care and support for people living with a terminal illness, and their families, in a year where Marie Curie have been on the frontline providing care to people dying both with and without coronavirus.
Marie Curie is a charity that provide palliative and end of life care research. During March, they hold an annual fundraising Great Daffodil Appeal.
The daffodil is a symbol of spring and hope, symbolising new beginnings.
