A MAN has received three penalty points after being caught speeding at 46mph on the M27.
Gary Middleton, 64, of Sunwood Road, Havant was caught exceeding the variable speed limit on the M27 between junction five and seven.
He was travelling eastbound near West End when he was clocked at 46mph in a 40mph area whilst behind the wheel of a Ford.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court, he admitted exceeding the variable speed limit on January 25, 2023.
He also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a lane closure light on the same stretch of road.
Middleton was fined £86 and given three penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £110 and a surcharge of £34.
