The 52-year-old from Gosport was arrested when he attended an appointment at Winchester Police Station on December 28.

The victim, a 23-year-old nurse, was driving past a group of men fighting and noticed a man lying in the road.
She stopped her car to drag him from the road and was punched by another man as she got up, suffering bruising to her face.
The attacker is described as white, in his late 40s, about 5ft 9in tall, stocky, bald and wearing a grey suit.
Sgt Stuart Gilmour, of Winchester police, said: “We have no other suspects at the moment.
“I have no doubt somebody knows who is responsible but there is a wall of silence.
“It’s very frustrating.”
