A CAMPAIGN against littering is set to be launched in Winchester.
More fixed penalty tickets for offenders, education in primary schools to grab children before they develop the habit and tougher planning laws on fast food outlets were among ideas suggested at the town forum.
Cllr Chris Pines said planning was an effective weapon. The only outlet which must clear up litter is McDonalds on St George’s Street.
