Microsoft Teams users have reported issues with sending and receiving media in chats and groups.
Reports first began to appear on Down Detector, a service for reporting website outages, at 11am on November 22.
60% of reports on Down Detector cite the Microsoft Teams app as the issue.
The Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account acknowledged the problem and confirmed it is being investigated.
The tweet read: “We're investigating an issue with images not loading in Microsoft Teams chats and channels. For more information, please look for TM299667 within the admin centre.”
Users took to Twitter to voice their issues.

One user said: “Is anyone else suddenly having Images fail to load in a @MicrosoftTeams chat […] This is unfortunately all I'm getting at the moment” followed by a blank error image in a Teams chat.
Tweets show the issue appears to be affecting Microsoft Teams worldwide, with users in the UK, US, South Africa and Turkey all tweeting issues.
Microsoft have not given an update on when it hopes to have the issue fixed but are reassuring customers the issue is being investigate8
