Discord users were reporting issues with the instant messaging platform on Tuesday evening.
Users were reporting being logged out of the site and unable to get back in.
According to Down Detector, issues started just before 6pm with people complaining they couldn't use the app or send messages.
Discord said: "We’re aware of an issue causing message failures and are working on a fix. Apologies for the disruption & thx for hanging tight!"

Of the problems reported, 52 percent related to server connection issues while 31 percent related to problems with sending messages.
A further 16 percent of problems were linked to the app.
Downdetector only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day.
