Eastleigh have transfer-listed defender and club captain Tom Jordan.
The popular centre-back, 31, has been made available with immediate effect as manager Richard Hill continues to revamp his Silverlake Stadium squad.
After a six-month saga, Jordan - son of ex-Saints striker Joe - finally joined the Spitfires in July 2008, following former Hawks boss Ian Baird to the Silverlake.
Chairman Stewart Donald commented: “Tom has been magnificent and an exemplary club captain for a number of years now.
"It was only right that, with the club unlikely to extend his current contract beyond the end of this season, we give him as long as possible to find a new club and get the best deal possible he can”.
