Forbes joins Conference South new boys Gosport
FORMER Eastleigh and Winchester City crowd favourite Andy Forbes has signed a one-year deal for Conference South new boys Gosport Borough.
The 34-year-old striker-turned-defender was released by Eastleigh at the end of last season following defeat at Dover Athletic in the Blue Square Bet South play-off semi-final.
His experience will be prized by Borough who have risen from the Southern One South & West to the Conference South in the space of two seasons following back-to-back play-off triumphs.
