ALEX DANSON
Former Trojans player Alex Danson will face Australia this evening (6pm) in the final of the Investec Hockey World League after being part of the England team that stunned Olympic silver medallists Argentina in yesterday’s semi-final.
Danson and her teammates were in sensational form against Argentina, winning 4-2 to not only book a showdown with three-times Olympic champions Australia but they have also secured 2014 World Cup qualification.
