The Daily Echo takes a look at the transfer rumours appearing in the media today...
Saints have increased their bid for Andros Townsend to £12m, according to Sky Sports.
The club have already had a £10m offer for the 23-year-old knocked back this summer, and are now said to have gone back in for the player.
However, Spurs have reportedly informed Saints that Townsend is not for sale.
Elsewhere, the Daily Mirror is reporting that Ronald Koeman has a different target, and is aiming to sign Norwich winger Nathan Redmond this week for £4m.
Saints offered £3m for the 20-year-old earlier this summer, but the Canaries rejected that.
Although, with Stoke having failed to land the England Under-21 international with a £5m bid, Saints would likely have to go higher than £4m.
