Saints will have an almost fully fit squad for Saturday’s trip to West Ham.
While the Hammers have a string of injury problems, Saints have only Lloyd Isgrove as a fresh doubt for the trip to Upton Park.
“Isgrove is not in a good physical way to play but the rest who missed the last game against Millwall are fine and good for Saturday,” said Koeman.
The manager is hoping that Saints will bag their first three points of the Premier League season on Saturday.
“It’s always important because that’s the best way to have the confidence,” added Koeman.
“You can talk, you can believe but points always bring a good feeling.
“We had a good match against Liverpool and lost, it wasn’t a good one against West Bromich.
“We have to be prepared because West Ham have started in a good way this season and will be tough to beat and we are prepared for that and maybe with a good result we are in a good way.”
